Spinach is one of my favorite vegetables. Along with being incredibly healthy, I enjoy the taste of spinach, explaining why I eat at least a handful of vegetables each day. Personally, my favorite way to prepare spinach salads is to use fried spinach, a vinaigrette or lemon juice for the dressings, cheese, red onion, cauliflower, and broccoli. I eat raw spinach for breakfast, lunch, and I occasionally dump spinach into my smoothies to have another dose of the healthy vegetable.
